The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication skills to manage billing inquiries, process payments, and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to billing and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Process invoices, payments, and adjustments accurately and within agreed timelines.
  3. Research and investigate billing discrepancies to identify and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
  4. Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
  5. Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  6. Implement effective collection strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
  7. Prepare and provide regular reports on billing activities and collection progress to management.
  8. Assist in the continuous improvement of billing and collection processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a billing or collections environment.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including accounts receivable, payable, and invoicing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
