Customer Experience Manager

Job Overview:
Moodys Investors Service seeks a talented Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer engagement and driving retention through effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), managing relationships with customer sponsors and end users, and forecasting full year churn rate. A strong understanding of credit models such as Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and risk rating is essential for success in this role.
You will partner closely with internal stakeholder teams to support the customer journey across user adoption, retention, and executive engagement. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for translating business needs effectively and building relationships that empathize with every aspect of the customer experience.
This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in a client-facing role, including Customer Success, Project Management, or Sales, with a strong background in program management and commercial banking.
