About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Sharaf DG. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely supply of merchandise and assortment build-up for marquee events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
