Account Growth Specialist

B-Reach Group is a leading provider of event solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and revenue expansion in the exhibitions and events industry. They will be able to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, evaluating risks, and ensuring proposed solutions align with business capabilities and compliance standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of custom exhibition booths and event concepts, holding accountability for project success.
