Administrative Support Officer

The Arab Monetary Fund is an international organization dedicated to promoting economic stability and development in the Arab region. We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our Capacity Development and Innovation Department.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Division Chief, Technical Assistance, and contribute to the effective implementation of work plans and day-to-day activities. You will interact with other AMF departments and units, government officials, consultants, and external organizations on a regular basis.
Your responsibilities will include conducting daily operations in line with stipulated policies and procedures, developing and maintaining the AMF's consultant database, and leading the development and monitoring of the division's annual work plan and budget.
You will also ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted timelines, identify issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions as required. Additionally, you will manage and maintain the division's administrative record management system, follow up on deliverables, and analyze performance against logical framework indicators.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct day-to-day activities in line with policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain the consultant database and provide easy access to it.
- Lead the development and monitoring of the division's annual work plan and budget.
- Ensure operational activities are executed within allotted timelines and budgets.
- Manage and maintain the administrative record management system.
- Follow up on deliverables and analyze performance against indicators.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in public finance, financial sector development, and public digital infrastructure, preferably in international organizations or financial institutions.
- Master's degree in business administration or related fields is required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields is required.
- Advanced knowledge of business operations management software, data analytics, and programming applications.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic and English. French as a third language is a solid advantage.
