We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Office Receptionist at GHD.

About the Role

The Office Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to our teams, which includes coordinating schedules, booking meetings, managing calendars, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have proficiency in using office software and applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and specialized software for scheduling, visitor management, and data entry.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have a high level of trust, discretion, and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
