The Intercity Hotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront is seeking a skilled Revenue Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Management:
    Develop and implement pricing strategies based on historical data, current market trends, and demand patterns.
    Monitor and adjust room rates and inventory to optimize revenue and occupancy levels.
    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between revenue strategies and promotional activities.
  2. Performance Analysis:
    Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), and occupancy rates.
    Prepare regular reports on revenue performance and market conditions for senior management.
    Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
  3. Forecasting:
    Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict future demand and revenue.
    Use forecasting data to support budgeting and financial planning processes.
  4. Inventory Management:
    Oversee room inventory allocation and manage overbooking strategies to maximize revenue.
    Ensure optimal distribution of inventory across various online booking channels and travel agencies.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Utilize revenue management software and tools to gather and analyze data.
    Create and present reports on revenue performance, market trends, and forecasting accuracy.
  6. Collaboration:
    Work closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of revenue strategies.
    Participate in regular meetings to review performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in the hotel industry.
