As a Summer Camp Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our summer camp program, ensuring the safety and well-being of our campers, and providing a fun and engaging experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning: Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children and teenagers, including outdoor activities, sports, and recreational games.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and lead groups of campers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain equipment, including camping gear and recreational equipment.
  • First Aid and Emergency Response: Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with campers, staff, and parents, and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and successful program.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Summer Camp Leader or similar role working with children.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, patience, reliability, and a love for working with children.
  • Certifications: First aid and CPR certification preferred.
