We are looking for Full-time Certified Personal Trainers who are passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members to achieve their goals whilst bringing our brand to life.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct service appointments with members which include body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises, and make sales presentations to these new members or potential clients for personal training programs.
- Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals established by the management team.
- Promote the Fitness packages and plans.
- Competently, prepare, design, deliver, manage, and evaluate personal training programmes and group fitness sessions.
- Complete PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) assessments and risk assessments.
- Train and coach members and clients through exercise programs that are unique, challenging, and safe.
- Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
- Attending weekly/monthly fitness meetings and educational trainings and workshops.
- Assist in growth and maintenance of membership base by providing high-level training.
- Contribute to brand awareness through community events, seasonal programs and camps.
- Contribute to the creation of daily/weekly social media content.
- Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.

**Skills and Attitude**:

- Ability to demonstrate high-quality exercise technique safely and effectively.
- Ability to regress and progress exercises efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to educate on training and injury prevention.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate with both youth and adult members.
- Ability to deliver first class customer service to a diverse client base.
- Outgoing, positive, and encouraging demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, questioning and delivering effective feedback and the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with customers.
- The ability to motivate and inspire others to do better.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum Level 3 qualified Fitness / Personal trainer.
- Experienced in large group, 1 on 1 and small group sessions will be preferred.
- Experienced in any group fitness classes like Yoga and Dance Fitness will be prefered.
- Have a passion for health, fitness, well-being and all-round excellence.
- Have an amazing personality and wants to grow as a leader in fitness.
- Good numerical and written skills.

**Additional Information**
- Work 6 days per week
- Gym is located in Business Bay, Dubai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
