We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to join our Insightsoftware team, responsible for leading our sales efforts across the MEA region.

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expansion, developing and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Software sales, with a proven track record of success in leadership positions.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve software bookings targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
