Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Contact Centre team, ensuring that immediate operational needs of customers are properly addressed.
Key Accountabilities - Customer Service Department Manager:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with departments to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Provide training and feedback to team members to enhance their performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in a customer service role with proven experience working with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to navigate and utilize CRM features efficiently
- Excellent Telephone Skills
