Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Contact Centre team, ensuring that immediate operational needs of customers are properly addressed.

Key Accountabilities - Customer Service Department Manager:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with departments to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Provide training and feedback to team members to enhance their performance.

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to navigate and utilize CRM features efficiently
