Job description

Todeliver High quality of customer service To ensure the delivery ofsmooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning ofthe customer service desk.To be responsible in delivery bespokenprocess and procedure of the overall customer service process.Toprovide attendees / Operators to assist and help Customers Visitingand make sure their Journey is seamless Handle general guestinquiries received during the journey.To make sure they areconfident and ready to answer all inquiries during the journey.Keeprecords of customer service requests and complaints and make surethey are acknowledged and attended.Control the flow of peoplethroughout the attractions to avoid unnecessary crowedHandlecustomer complaints in accordance of the department policies andprocedures.To ensure that Management are updated and informed aboutall feedback received from customers.Job Location – PalmJumeriah, DubaiPosition – Customer ServiceAttendantDuration – Long Term (12 months and thenextendable again)Salary: 6500 AED per month all inclusive (plusvisa and Medical insurance for self)No accommodation and notransportation(9 hours shift with one-hour break for 6 days a weekwith one day off)(Normal Timing: 9 AM to 12 AM) subject to changeby Management. Will be working in different shifts between 9am to12am. 9 hours shift with one-hour break for 6 days a week with oneday off they will be working in different shifts accordingoperations needs Excellent customer service skillsExcellentcommunication skills in English Russian language speakers can applyPresentable
