Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Minor International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalized service to our discerning guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To anticipate and handle all guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To supervise and manage a team of butlers and oversee the daily operations of the guest experience department.
