We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Minor International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalized service to our discerning guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- To anticipate and handle all guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- To supervise and manage a team of butlers and oversee the daily operations of the guest experience department.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and attend to their needs and requests promptly.
- To provide personalized and anticipatory service to guests including organizing special events, arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and other bespoke services as required.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Front Office operations is essential.
- Luxury hotel experience is a must.
- Excellent team player and great communication skills.
