Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels or global restaurants.
  • Background in luxury hospitality or high-end F&B operations is essential.
  • Proven experience in pre-opening operations, demonstrating successful establishment of high-end dining establishments or ideally luxury hotels.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial setup with an ambition to grow with the brand.
