We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Provide administrative support to the CIDO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  2. Manage the CIDO's office, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
  3. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to facilitate collaboration among internal teams and external stakeholders.
  4. Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations to support business objectives.
  5. Organize meetings, conferences, and special events for the CIDO.
  6. Track IT project progress and update the CIDO on key developments.
  7. Maintain confidential records and assist with proposal preparation.
  8. Support IT communications, including notifications, posters, and distribution.
  9. Conduct research and provide well-organized findings to support business decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
