Job Overview

Charterhouse Middle East is working with a leading global manufacturer of construction materials to find a Business Growth Specialist to drive business development activity and lead a small team in achieving strategic sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing effective sales strategies. They will be responsible for proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities through regular site visits with key contacts within the construction industry.

This role involves extensive research and project tracking to stay up-to-date with relevant developments across assigned regions and maintain a competitive advantage in the market. The successful candidate will lead a small team of account managers to drive overall sales performance and delivery of KPIs.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should have a Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years' sales experience within the Construction/Building Materials industry. The successful candidate will be results-driven, entrepreneurial, and have a strong understanding of market dynamics to build credibility and long-lasting partnerships.
