We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our expansion into Abu Dhabi and the surrounding regions.

The Role:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets, aligning with our vision for sustainable growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients, government bodies, and industry partners to identify new business opportunities in the catering sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Purposefully craft compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that showcase our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent Converge at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate our brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the catering sector.
  • An extensive network of contacts in Abu Dhabi and the UAE market.
