Kinetic Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Solutions Executive to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the META region.

You will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will also be able to provide expert advice to clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the META region.
  • Attend relevant industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to ensure all services provided and benefits of working with Kinetic Business Solutions are clearly understood.
  • Identify new leads and potential new markets to grow the pipeline of designated accounts through online research.
  • Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet the needs of clients.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates for clients to interview.
  • Organize interviews and manage the coordination of interview logistics.
  • Work closely with Resource Consultants and Senior Resource Consultants to fulfill the requirements of key accounts.
  • Manage the advertisement of vacancies via various social media channels.
  • Help applicants prepare for interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks in line with client expectations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience at a Recruitment Agency in a similar role, currently living in Dubai, and experience in recruiting UAE and KSA nationals would be advantageous.
