Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team at Damas Medical Center Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of call center representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of call center representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of call center representatives, providing coaching and feedback to improve their skills and productivity.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement in the call center operations and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that call center representatives are meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets, and take corrective action if necessary.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in call center operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other supervisors and management team members to ensure that the call center is operating effectively and efficiently.
- Proven experience in a call center leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
