Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Al Tannan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue from key wholesale and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Development
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and secure new business partnerships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize account profitability.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management. - Client Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Operational Support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor account performance and develop forecasts and manage account budgets effectively. - Industry Insights
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the kitchen appliances market.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer needs and market demands.
