Job Title: Account Growth Specialist

Splash Software LLC is seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our B2B team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development roles. Previous experience in the iGaming, software, or cryptocurrency industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Client Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client growth and retention. Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize their success.
  2. Build Strong Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  3. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success. Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to address product or platform queries.
  4. Stay Informed About Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends and industry updates to provide valuable insights to clients. Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on progress and performance.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer success management (CSM), client relationship management (CRM), or business development management (BDM). Previous exposure to the iGaming, software, or cryptocurrency industries is highly desirable.
  2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools like Monday, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms. Knowledge of iGaming platforms, payment gateways, blockchain tools, or other B2B products and services is a strong advantage.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
