**About the Role:**

We are seeking a talented Sales and Partnership Director to join our team and lead our efforts in securing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong alliances with businesses, brands, and industry influencers, ensuring the success of our expo events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract diverse sponsors and exhibitors in the tech event industry.
  • Design tailored exhibition spaces and booth solutions for exhibitors.
  • Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential sponsor organizations.
  • Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits like brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Ensure seamless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements for maximum ROI.
  • Work with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential sponsors and partners.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling.
  • Must have worked for international technology exhibitions and conferences.
  • Must have experience working on high-revenue targets for the global market.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree would be a notable advantage.
  • Demonstrated track record in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
