Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Director (Off-Plan) to lead our off-plan property sales strategy and drive high-volume transactions. This role requires deep market knowledge, strategic foresight, and strong leadership to build a high-performing sales team, establish strategic developer partnerships, and leverage data-driven insights to identify high-growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for off-plan properties , driving market penetration and revenue growth.
- Lead a high-performing sales team , setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of performance and accountability .
- Developer Partnerships & Business Development
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading developers to secure exclusive listings and high-value projects.
- Leverage Smart Bricks' AI-powered insights to identify high-potential off-plan projects and pursue growth opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and innovative sales approaches .
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and property buyers .
- Utilize data-driven customer insights to enhance engagement and optimize the sales funnel.
- Market Insights & Competitive Positioning
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
- Position Smart Bricks as a market leader in off-plan sales by leveraging innovative digital marketing and brand-building tactics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in off-plan property sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling sales operations and achieving revenue targets in the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong network of developers, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Deep knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, regulatory landscape, and sales dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
