  • Maintain effective employee relations and welfare programs across all properties, ensuring clear lines of communication exist to disseminate information affecting employer-employee relations.
  • Analyze training needs and develop training plans to address highlighted needs, overseeing retraining and ensuring departmental training is conducted and effective.
  • Monitor the administration of the Performance Appraisal Programme and advise hotel department heads on the process.
