Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Development of Project HR Plan:
- Support in the development and validation of the ecosystem HR plan including definition of required roles and phasing for ecosystem operationalization in line with project rollout plan.
- Prepare required JDs to support candidate identification and onboarding of required FTEs.
- Support in the development and validation of the organization chart for the ecosystem including the definition of required units, unit accountabilities and sizing and the evolution of the organization in line with project growth and rollout goals.
- Support in the development and validation of the titles and salary scales for Hub Ecosystem employees.
- Oversee the timely execution of HR requests (e.g., leave requests, document requests).
- Oversee and ensure confidentiality of staff records, including e-documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in a senior role within an entity in the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of local regulations and practices.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Local cultural knowledge (preferred).
- Certification in HR management (e.g., PHR, SPHR, HRMS) is a plus.
- Understanding of labor laws, HRA, and disciplinary procedure.
