Job Overview:Caliberly is looking for a committed and meticulous Administrative Coordinator with expertise in financial documentation and office management. The preferred candidate will be a Filipina with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in her home country. Experience in the UAE is not a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute general office administrative tasks such as organizing files, data entry, and overseeing office supplies.
- Assist with fundamental accounting functions including invoice processing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial documentation.
- Prepare, organize, and manage documents to ensure proper storage and retrieval.
- Handle communication, including emails and phone inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as necessary.
- Support office personnel with various administrative functions to facilitate smooth operations.
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to assist the team and management.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity with a focus on financial documentation (minimum 2 years).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and capability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
- Preference for Filipina candidates.
- Competitive salary within the range of AED 2500 - AED 3000.
