About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at JobsInLogistics. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, process expenses, and manage schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Arrange external and internal events, meetings, and conferences to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate logistics, including arranging meeting facilities and ensuring timely follow-up activities.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Commit to process excellence by ensuring accurate, efficient, and proper use of administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Knowledge of multiple administrative disciplines, including scheduling, travel coordination, and event planning.
  • Ability to support tasks of moderate complexity, requiring discretion and independent judgment.
