Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Disputes department, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings. They will also draft and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports, maintaining and organizing legal files, documents, and case records. Additionally, they will prepare and file legal documents with courts and government authorities, assist lawyers with research tasks, and handle incoming and outgoing communications. Their duties will also include coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for lawyers as needed, and assisting with billing and invoicing. Furthermore, they will perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and maintaining office supplies, and provide support with translations and interpreting when Arabic skills are required. Finally, they will collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient department operations, and assist in the organization and preparation of legal presentations and meetings.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience working in a legal support role, preferably in Disputes, Litigation, or Arbitration. You will also require strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, with Arabic language skills being a plus. You must be proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, and maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Based in Dubai, UAE, with GCC experience being an advantage, you will possess a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
