Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in incorporations, including the preparation of first drafts of resolutions and constitutional documents
  • Manage the incorporation process proactively and ensure timely filings
  • Liaise with foreign office secretaries and registered office services providers to arrange filings and obtain updated registers
  • Prepare statutory filings and declarations, as well as corporate documents such as application for shares and share transfer forms
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create, edit, and store correspondence and documents in electronic matter files, including blacklined documents
  • Respond to internal and external telephone enquiries and maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues
  • Organise meetings and diary management, as well as book travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Maintain accurate records and correspondence files, and liaise with clients as appropriate
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to use legal precedents and billing systems
  • A recognised legal secretarial qualification or minimum 3-5 years' legal experience
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and as a team member, and tact and diplomacy when dealing with confidential matters
