This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Coordinator at Al Zayed Shades & Tents Industry LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Technical Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day customer service, communication, technical support, sales, and sales operations
- Working with the sales team to identify opportunities and manage customer relationships
- Providing solutions to customer needs
- Ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Technical support skills to troubleshoot customer issues
- Experience in sales, sales operations, and customer relationship management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working with construction, special events, military, or disaster relief industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
