Roles & Responsibilities
  • The Solution Architect will advise and coordinate with the Sales team on all technical issues related to IT services, infrastructure, and professional services.
  • They will build strong relationships with partners and customers, driving business growth through multiple technical initiatives.
  • The role involves acting as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of assigned product portfolios.
  • Collaboration with the Sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies.
  • Create specific accounts for products, services, and sales plans.
  • Qualifying opportunities, supporting and advising on the technical aspect of the sales lifecycle.
  • Design and presentation of solution proposals, high-level designs, and demonstrations.
  • Running, managing, and driving proof of concepts (POC) and requests for proposals (RFP).
  • Cultivating empowerment and ownership within the team.
