Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a Cluster Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the luxury hotel market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed Sales Goals: Meet and exceed personal sales targets as well as segment goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for both hotels.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans to solicit business and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Account Management: Identify prospective customers, establish revenue goals for existing key accounts, and key prospects within the specific market segment.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, colleagues, and the global sales network.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required, and assist in the preparation and re-forecasting of hotel revenue objectives.
Requirements
  • Luxury Hotel Sales Experience: Proven experience in luxury hotel sales, with a varied market mix.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree or diploma.
  • Language Skills: English speaking and Arabic required.
  • Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience an asset.
  • Software Literacy: Microsoft Office suite of software literacy an asset.
