  • Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster revenue, ensuring accurate information and enhancing automation efforts in the reservation system.
  • Perform all Revenue Management month-end reporting and auditing, providing forward-looking information for forecasting, targeting areas of need, and balancing financial expectations.

Competitive Analysis and Strategy:

  • Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and supporting documents for presentation at market sales strategy meetings.

Room Authorizations and Rates:

  • Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Accurately generate, process, and update all property and market Revenue Management reports, serving as the primary source for the majority of reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team.

System Maintenance and Training:

  • Assist with system maintenance, including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting, and running daily system checks.
  • Assist with training new associates as necessary on revenue management tools.
