Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize transport requirements to ensure availability of operational needs.
  • Responsible for staff transport arrangements both regular and/or special trips.
  • Ensure all staff reach their respective locations on time.
  • Oversee and schedule the day-to-day activities of transportation employees.
  • Liaison with the operations team on all transport-related tasks for better service and value to the client.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing large fleet operations, knowledge of vehicle maintenance, and good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • 5 plus years of overall experience, minimum 3 years of experience in Managing large fleet operation in any industry.
  • Experience in database and computer applications.
  • Valid UAE driver's license.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred.
