BENO - Luxury At Your Service is looking for an Accountant with expertise in fleet management to join our team. As a mid-senior level accounting professional, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records specific to car rental operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards, as well as experience with fleet cost management and rental agreements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports
  • Reconciling bank statements and fleet-related expenses
  • Monitoring rental income, deposits, and payment schedules
  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
  • Processing payroll and commission calculations for employees
  • Supporting audits and internal financial reviews
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle depreciation, insurance, and maintenance costs
  • Providing financial insights to optimize profitability and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of accounting experience (preferably in the car rental industry)
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards
  • Experience with fleet cost management and rental agreements is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
