About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Documentation Specialist to join our team at Alpago, a leading real estate contracting and development company in Dubai. As a Corporate Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating clear, structured, and professional corporate documents that define company processes, workflows, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and structuring policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), company manuals, guidelines, and other corporate documents.
  • Developing process flow diagrams, organizational structures, and workflow charts for various business functions.
  • Converting complex business processes into easy-to-understand figures, infographics, and diagrams.
  • Collaborating with HR, Legal, Projects team, Procurement, Design, QA/QC, HSE, and other departments to gather information and translate it into well-documented workflows and procedures.
  • Ensuring all documents are updated, well-organized, and aligned with the company's policies and compliance requirements.
  • Formatting and presenting documents professionally, ensuring clarity and readability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical documentation, policy drafting, process mapping, or SOP writing.
  2. Strong ability to draft detailed SOPs, manuals, and workflow diagrams with clear language and structured formatting.
  3. Attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and document processes accurately, concisely, and professionally.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Ability to work flexibly on a freelance basis, delivering high-quality drafts within deadlines.
  6. Familiarity with real estate development, construction, contracting, or corporate governance is an advantage.
