Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Priorities: Create and implement strategic priorities and roadmaps for the region based on key business insights and market trends.
  • Partner with Sales Teams: Own day-to-day partnerships and reviews with local sales and other stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Align Cross-Channel Marketing Strategy: Work closely with Channel marketing managers to align cross-channel marketing strategies based on customer insights and business priorities.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Own analysis of business performance against key goals, including insights and callouts for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Prepare Business Reviews: Prepare and present business reviews to senior management teams regarding progress, roadblocks, and action plans.
  • Initiative Impact Analysis: Analyze the impact and results of initiatives impacting the program and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in driving strategic programs or consulting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, and proven ability to communicate persuasively and influence others.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, analytical skills in Excel, and basic SQL knowledge to review and analyze data.
  • Adaptability: Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
