Job Description

Crescent Petroleum is seeking a highly skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement document control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage document workflows and ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document management best practices.
  • Ensure data visualization tools are utilized effectively to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial software skills to support accounting and document management functions.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools is advantageous.
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic are preferred.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
  • Certification in document control and data visualization tools.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools, with Power BI preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in document control, database management, and accounting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and document management systems.
