Key Responsibilities:
  • **Lead the Regional FP&A Cluster:** Oversee the financial planning and analysis function for the cluster, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
  • **Develop and Implement Business Strategies:** Collaborate with the Head of FP&A AMEA and country CFO to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improve financial performance.
  • **Manage Financial Planning and Analysis:** Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the cluster, ensuring alignment with ENGIE's overall strategy.
  • **Ensure Compliance:** Ensure that all financial reporting and compliance requirements are met, including statutory reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • **Provide Financial Guidance:** Provide financial guidance and support to the ENGIE Board members and asset CFO/Finance teams.
  • **Monitor and Analyze Financial Performance:** Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
