Job Description

As a F&B Supervisor with Ibis Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets. This includes supervising a team of staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Supervise and coach a team of F&B staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage knowledge.
  2. Customer Service: Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers to ensure their well-being and satisfaction.
  3. Outlet Operations: Ensure the smooth preparation of restaurant side-stations, mise-en-place, and table set-ups as per outlet standards.
  4. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  5. Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory, including ordering and stock control.
  6. Health and Safety: Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests' and colleagues' health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
  7. Communication: Communicate effectively with the kitchen, stewarding, and outlet cashiers to ensure a smooth running operation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
