Candidate Requirements:

We require a charismatic individual with proven real estate experience in the UAE, excellent knowledge of events, and the following qualifications:

  • Develop and execute creative and effective social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Manage our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Tumblr, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of content across multiple platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Asana, and Later.
  • Create original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms.
  • Design and launch new competitions and campaigns that promote our company brand.
  • Build key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
  • Conduct audience research and report on outcomes.
  • Engage with and manage our social media communities by responding to posts and developing discussions.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Identify consumer trends to inform social media campaign planning.
  • Optimize content to enhance community interaction and engagement.
  • Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques to find innovative ways of measuring social media activity.
  • Analyze competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance.
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
