Christie's International Real Estate Dubai, a prestigious and globally recognized luxury real estate company, is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients.
  • Manage reception duties including phone handling, greeting clients, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Support executives and senior management with administrative tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate office operations, ensuring a seamless environment for both internal staff and guests.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with projects as required to ensure the efficiency of the team and office.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a receptionist role, with executive assistance experience in a high-end or luxury setting preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Professional demeanor with a polished appearance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.

Compensation:

  • Salary of AED 6,000/month
