Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Enterprise Sales Specialist to promote our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Solution Suite to organizations with revenues between $2 billion and $5 billion. This role primarily focuses on our SaaS offerings, which are integral to enterprise security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with C-level executives in multinational accounts to negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Utilize the Challenger sales methodology to achieve quotas by targeting approximately 30 key customers.
  • Manage a variety of sales activities, including Proof of Concepts (POCs), Business Value Assessments (BVAs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Collaborate with influential channel partners, including major consulting firms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and their industry dynamics to identify their IT needs and how our solutions can address them.
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within named accounts.
Path to Success

In your first month, you should aim to:

  • Build an internal network and lead meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Schedule regular one-on-one meetings with your manager to review your progress.
  • Gain familiarity with financial metrics and success indicators at Talent Pal.
  • Understand the technical terminology used within the organization.

By the end of your second month, you should have:

  • Organized target accounts by sales priority and refined your pipeline.
  • Developed a territory plan and presented it for approval.
  • Created a stakeholder map for key partners influencing your accounts.

By the end of your third month, you should have:

  • Implemented a regular meeting schedule with your virtual team.
  • Presented strategies for approaching key accounts to management.

After six months, you will have:

  • Demonstrated a strong correlation between engagement and pitch rates with key accounts.
  • Achieved several enablement badges recognizing your progress and contributions.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory. This position requires approximately 50% business travel annually.
