About the Job

This is an exceptional opportunity to join SITE TECHNOLOGY as a Senior Sales Manager and lead our Business Development efforts in the Transmission and Distribution sector. With your extensive experience in managing similar operations in the UAE market, you will be responsible for driving market awareness, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance revenues.

You will work closely with our technical experts to develop comprehensive solutions for transmission and distribution projects, including substation construction and automation, cabling systems, and overhead line infrastructure. Your strong industry knowledge of the UAE transmission and distribution networks and understanding of customer satisfaction drivers in the local electrical infrastructure market will be crucial in this role.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will coordinate with internal departments, manage relationships with external stakeholders, and analyze statistical information to monitor division performance. Additionally, you will lead a team of specialized professionals focused on substations, cabling, and overhead lines, setting achievable objectives, providing coaching and support, and supervising general accounting according to agreed budgets.

Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience in managing similar operations in the UAE market.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of transmission and distribution systems, including substation construction and automation, cabling systems, and overhead line infrastructure.
  • Strong industry knowledge of the UAE transmission and distribution networks and understanding of customer satisfaction drivers in the local electrical infrastructure market.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a focus on driving market awareness and growth.
  • Ability to lead a team of specialized professionals and provide coaching and support to improve staff skills and performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze statistical information and monitor division performance.
