Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for all managed segments within your area of expertise to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Foster and maintain enduring client relationships, employing a strategic approach to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and compliance protocols, accurately applying rates and delivering successful outcomes for audits and reviews.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing a reputable hotel provider and promoting a sales-oriented culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel sales across various markets.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing significant accounts.
  • Proven track record in cultivating multiple layers of client relationships and managing customer expectations effectively.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales and account strategies.
  • A graduate degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with hotel sales and booking applications is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving success.
