Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing relationships with key business clients in the luxury goods and lighting industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Strategic Sales Plan

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives and sales targets in the B2B segment. This includes identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and staying up-to-date on industry developments.

Establish Relationships with Key Decision-Makers

Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, including architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and procurement professionals. This requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Manage the Sales Cycle

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. This includes conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. This includes developing marketing strategies, creating marketing materials, and analyzing campaign results.

Negotiate Contracts and Agreements

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies. This requires strong negotiation and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Monitor Sales Performance

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions. This includes identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase sales growth.

Attend Industry Events

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and expand the client base. This requires excellent communication and networking skills to build relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing

A bachelor's degree in business or marketing is required. A degree in a related field, such as sales or international business, is also acceptable.

Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in B2B Sales

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the luxury goods and lighting industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth is required.

Strong Network of Contacts

Strong network of contacts within the industry, including designers and developers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.

Ability to Work Independently

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales performance is required.

Willingness to Travel
