Job Description- We are seeking an experienced Crypto Business Development Executive to join our Binance Connect team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, exceptional networking skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth within the crypto/Web3 space.
- Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify and establish relationships with key players in the crypto wallet providers, DApps and other Web3 platforms.
Drive the adoption of on/off-ramp services by negotiating and closing strategic partnerships. - Sales and Business Growth:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to promote our on/off-ramp solutions.
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding. - Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine value propositions.
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market demands, challenges, and opportunities. - Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Experience:
