We are seeking an experienced Engineering Document Coordinator to join our team at Al Nahiya Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the processing and archiving of engineering documents related to company equipment.

The role involves reviewing, verifying and completing electronic filing of on and offshore engineering-related documents in line with department procedures. This includes issuing onshore job cards and checklists as required, updating completed job cards within Navision and filing soft copies accordingly, and maintaining weekly/monthly checklists.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 3 years' previous work experience in a similar or administration role. They should also have certification in administration-related courses, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and exceptional administrative skills and high organization.

  • Coordinating the processing and archiving of engineering documents
