About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with a network of brokers in designated regions.
  • They will engage professionally with all brokers to foster fruitful relationships with the company.
  • The role involves managing and increasing sales from international sales centers, as well as identifying potential new sales centers.
  • The candidate will also manage and close inbound traffic of prospective customers from international sales offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing strong relationships with the broker network in designated regions.
  2. Engaging professionally with all brokers to achieve fruitful relationships with the company.
  3. Managing and increasing sales from all international sales centers.
  4. Identifying and proposing potential new international sales centers.
  5. Managing and closing all inbound traffic of prospective customers coming from international sales offices.
  6. Motivating brokers for increased participation in selling the company's projects.
  7. Maintaining and growing relationships with existing brokers for increased sales revenue.
  8. Providing full support to all brokers at all times to achieve the highest sales.
  9. Training all brokers on new and existing projects.
  10. Assisting all brokers in closing sales as per the company's policies.
  11. Ensuring adherence to governing laws and regulations while performing sale transactions.
  12. Preparing and completing agreements with all brokers.
  13. Creating a pool of committed and profitable networks of brokers for the company.
  14. Resolving broker complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
  15. Assisting in sale contract registration/termination at DLD if required.
  16. Timely invoicing, payment dispersal, and collections.
About You:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.

A proven track record of successful sales amongst clients, along with experience as a Real Estate Agent with a top developer, is essential.

A network of brokers in the market is also required, as is the ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are also necessary, with the ability to communicate in other languages being a bonus.
