TLM International FZE is seeking an experienced Export Sales Executive (B2B) to drive sales revenue and maintain strong customer relationships in the Central Asian Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners across the region to drive sales revenue.
- Actively manage the sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth across all product categories.
- Respond to inquiries and quotes promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline in CRM software, tracking opportunities from initiation to conversion.
- Engage with channel partners during marketing events, training sessions, product webinars, and collaborate with sales leaders on closing deals.
- Account Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to support their ongoing needs.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for further growth.
- Work closely with the Sales Coordination team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Regularly report to management on account status, opportunities, challenges, and progress.
- Planning & Reporting:
- Generate sales reports and perform analysis to track performance and account activity.
- Presents comprehensive updates to management, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and measuring ROI.
- Stay informed about issues affecting distribution and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
